The End

I knew from the beginning that I felt drawn to explore the theme of identity, therefore I had to look deeper into what does ' identity '' really means to me. as the theme of identity is diverse such as you can find identity in Gender, Race, Religions, Society, Ethnic background and etc.

While doing this module, I felt drawn to explore identity within the black community. therefore, to have a bit more understanding of Identity as it's a diverse subject. I had to think about identity in Gender, Religions, personality trait, culture, race.

I decided to go with Identity in Race and culture because I felt more drawn into this subject thus I drew a black woman ( Cardboard oil pastel work )taking care of another woman hair by doing braids, due to the fact, I could relate with how in the black community hair is precious and the importance of taking care of your own hair.

I have improved my paintings skills and drawing skills as I spent time practising from self-help book made for artists.
